“This feels likea cheat code.”

I've never used Nextdoor so I wasn't too sure how I felt about this at first. I spoke with Jayden and we decided to give it a try for a month to see if it works. After the first 3 days we closed our first lead on a house wash and a driveway cleaning and it only took me maybe 20 seconds to read each reply variant and post them. I'll 100% be using this service for a while. This feels like a cheat code.

He wasn't sold.Day 3 changed that.

Conner had never used Nextdoor for his business. He agreed to try it for a month to see if it actually moved the needle. No big expectations, just a real test.

The automation installed on his Mac, ran its first scan that afternoon, and started catching neighbors asking about pressure washing in the Columbia area. Drafts landed on his phone. He read the drafts, picked the one that fit, opened the post, pasted, and sent.

Three days in, a house wash and driveway cleaning closed. The job paid about $750. That's three months of the $249 plan covered by one lead, caught in the first 72 hours.

Day 1: automation goes live

Installed, first scan runs that afternoon. Leads start showing up on his phone.

Days 1-3: he replies

Posts come in. He reads the drafts, posts the one that sounds right. About 20 seconds per lead.

Day 3: job closed

House wash + driveway cleaning. $750. Three months of service paid back.

A real alert,three drafts ready.

Below is an actual alert from his account. A neighbor posted asking for a pressure washer on a 2-story brick home. The automation caught it, classified it as a real lead, wrote three reply drafts in his voice, and sent this to his phone.

He reads the post, reads the drafts, taps copy on the one that sounds right, opens Nextdoor, pastes, hits send. Nothing ever posts on its own. He controls every reply.

The drafts end with @BubsPressureWashing because that triggers Nextdoor's @-mention autocomplete when he pastes. One tap and his business page gets linked in the reply.
