We proved it worksthe hard way first.

I ran LKN Pressure Pros and pulled about $50k off Nextdoor by hand — scrolling in every free moment I had. So I built the automation that scrolls, thinks, and replies exactly like I did.

Owners shouldn't have to live on their phone to stay busy.

Runs on your own computer

Your Nextdoor login never leaves your machine.

It signs in on your computer, with your login, and reads your feed the same way you would. The scanning happens on your machine, not our servers — your Nextdoor login never leaves it.

Works at your pace

Reads, types, and scrolls like a person — never robot speed.

It reads, types, and scrolls at a natural human pace, never robot speed, the way the platform expects a real neighbor to behave.

You tap send, always

Every lead arrives with 3 drafts. Nothing posts on its own.

Nothing ever posts on its own. Every hot opportunity arrives with 3 reply variants and a link to the post, so you click, paste, and post.

+ about 60 hours a month of scrolling handed back to you

That's about 8.1x our bigger $349 plan in this example, and a single closed job over $349 covers it.

Conservative math: 15% of replies become booked work. A sketch, not a promise.

And it compounds.Every reply works for months.

Every reply you post is public and keeps selling for months. Neighbors start recommending you in threads you never touched — that's why month three beats month one.

Honest sizing: an active area sees a handful of real asks a week. Slower areas see fewer.

Real questions,real answers.

The stuff owners actually ask before they start. Straight answers, no dancing.

No tool can make you ban-proof, and we won't pretend one can. Here's exactly how it works: the automation signs into your Nextdoor on your own computer (Mac or Windows), using the login you set up, and reads the feed the way you would while scrolling. That part is read-only. It never posts anything.

When it spots a neighbor asking for your service, it drafts a reply and delivers it to you (email and dashboard, or straight to your phone if you connect Telegram), and you send it yourself from your own profile. Nextdoor lets you answer a neighbor who asked for a recommendation, and it asks you to say you're the owner when you do. It doesn't like people blasting the feed with ads, so you only ever reply to real requests, as yourself.

Can a personal account still get a temporary restriction, or a competitor falsely report you? Yes, that happens to regular Nextdoor users too. The way you stay clear is exactly how this is built: reply to real asks, be helpful, and don't spam the feed. That's how our founding customer (who is also a development partner) has run it from day one.

No coding knowledge needed. Download your engine and unzip it. On a Mac, copy the one line we give you, paste it into a Terminal window, and press Return; on Windows, just double-click Start Setup. It installs itself automatically, about 15 minutes. Then a browser window opens and you sign in to your own Nextdoor account once — that is the whole install.

Your first 7 qualified leads are free — no card required to start. A qualified lead is a real post from a neighbor near you asking for the kind of work you do, caught by the automation and delivered to you with the replies already written in your voice. To be straight about what that means: these are requests we find for you, not phone calls or booked jobs — you send the reply and win the work yourself. After your 7th free lead, the automation pauses until you add a card, and nothing is ever charged before then. If it didn't earn its keep, walk away and you've paid nothing.

No. It doesn't blast the feed or post anything on its own. It reads the posts where neighbors are actually asking for your service, drafts a specific reply you approve, and you send it from your own account. Generic AI spam gets flagged on Nextdoor. Helpful answers to real requests are exactly what the platform is for.

No. The AI that reads the posts and writes your replies runs through NextJet's service — nothing extra to sign up for, nothing extra to pay. Your $249 or $349/mo covers everything, and there are no per-lead fees.

Every lead lands in your email and on your dashboard automatically, with the replies ready to copy. Want them on your phone the second they're found? Connect Telegram, a free messaging app (like WhatsApp), anytime from your dashboard — two taps, about 15 seconds, and it's optional.

It works both ways. Anyone who signs up with your link gets 50% off their first month right away. And for every one of them who becomes a paying customer, you get a credit worth 25% of your plan. Your credits stack, no cap, so four paid referrals add up to a full month covered, eight to two months. Your credit lands once the person you referred starts paying (after their own free trial), and you share your link from the dashboard.

Cancel from the billing portal in a few simple clicks. The automation keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Your lead history stays on your own computer. We don't try to talk you out of it.

Any service business neighbors ask for on Nextdoor: pressure washing, plumbing, landscaping, roofing, HVAC, cleaning, handyman work, and plenty of niche trades in between. During setup the automation is trained on your services, your voice, and your rules, so the drafts sound like you no matter the trade. It was proven on pressure washing first because that's where we came from, but the automation just catches the ask. If you're not sure your trade fits, book a call and we'll tell you straight.

It matters more than most people think. Nextdoor trusts accounts with real history, so an established account is ready from day one. If yours is brand new or barely used, we highly recommend warming it up for a week or two first, just using Nextdoor like a normal neighbor from your phone before the automation starts scanning. A few minutes a day, nothing technical, and it's the safe way to start on any new account, tool or no tool. We wrote a short guide that walks you through exactly what to do.

Read the 2-week warmup guide

Creating the account takes about 30 seconds and the web form about 10 minutes. Then you download your engine and start the installer (Mac: paste one line we give you into Terminal and press Return; Windows: double-click Start Setup) — it installs itself in about 15 minutes, and you sign in to your own Nextdoor account once. The automation starts scanning on your schedule the same day, working toward your 7 free leads.

You won't be alone. Leave your number and a real person (an actual human) calls you, usually same day, and does the whole setup with you on the phone. Free, no card, no pressure.

Either works. Your engine runs on both macOS and Windows, with a guided install either way that finishes itself in about 15 minutes. All you need is a computer that stays on and awake during your scan times, a Mac mini, a desktop PC, or a laptop left plugged in. Most computers from the last six or seven years work great. When you download, you pick Mac or Windows and get an engine built for your exact system. Not sure your setup will work? Book a call and we'll check before you start.
